David McMahon first joined Ken Burns and Florentine Films as an assistant editor on Jazz (2001). Having worked at Frontline, David went on to co-produce The War and The National Parks: America’s Best Idea, as well as writing and producing a follow up to their Baseball series The Tenth Inning. With Ken Burns and Ken’s daughter Sarah Burns, David produced, wrote and directed The Central Park Five. He is married to Sarah Burns and together they have a daughter.
